| If you're serious about closeup photography (stamps, coins, jewelry,
etc), this is a must-have accessory for your SLR. A ring light fits over
the last filter on your lens and provides 360 degree illumination. This
early model ring light electronic flash is conservatively built for a lifetime
of use. It works good and takes 3-seconds for the ready-lite to recycle.
The 3' cord between the flash head and the base unit has a screw-on connector
at the base unit.
The flash head screws in to 44mm filter ring or adapter. Personally, I think gaffer's tape is cooler. The trigger is on the flash head and uses an AC-style connector. I'm including the AC to pc adapter cord shown in the picture, but if you don't need this cord I'll deduct $2 from the final bid. I opened the base unit when looking for a manufacture date. Shipping outside the U.S.A. is usually less expensive and less trouble by mail. Insurance is figured into the cost of shipping unless the winner has a special need to skip insurance. In every case the winner pays only the actual cost of packing supplies (usually zero) plus shipping.
